A study about job stress that influences turnover intention of the employees of Long-term Care Services for Older Adults by Q-method

Abstract
This study has the purpose to classify types of job stress that influences turnover intention of the employees of Long-term Care Services for Older Adults and to give the result of it. Q-sample of the study is 23 units and P-sample 38 persons. The types of job stress, moreover, were classified into four. The first type was named Bad Treatment Type, the second Bad
Relations Type, the third Unskillfulness Type, and the fourth Heavy Burden Type. Through the result of this study, to prevent the employees of Long-term Care Services for Older Adults from turnover intention, are proposed better treatment, education of empowering relations, regular ducational service and the regulations defining the duties of the staff.
